IKAN BAKAR

Ikan Bakar is a dish originated from Indonesia and Malaysia. The word ‘Ikan Bakar’ in the Malay language means a fish or seafood dish which is grilled using charcoal.

Normally, the fish will be marinated with spices or certain ingredients first and then wrapped in banana leaf before grilled. Some popular seafood (besides fish) are stingrays and squids.
