Introduction
This is a PKB service initiative in collaboration with the Department of Director General of Lands and Mines (JKPTG) to resolve the issue of land / property inheritance in Kampong Bharu.
Aim
Assist the landowner / heir to settle the estate inheritance for land / property in Kampong Bharu
Agency Involved
The Small Estate Division Unit of the Department of Director General of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (JKPTG) has placed its officers at the Inheritance Clinic Sessions.
Services Offered
- To provide a brief guideline on procedures for small inheritance division claims.
- Provide advisory services on the importance of dividing inheritance claims which must be resolved promptly
